Anything with a star (*) next to it, may change as we get more members General or OOC Rules 1. Keep swearing to a minimum, as some people can and will get offended by it. No excessive use, and no F word. Most others are permissible, but again, over use if frowned upon. First time offenses are punished with a warning, second time gets a week ban, and third time gets a permanent ban 2. No imitating other members or calling anyone names 3. You will be removed if you are not active (see bottom of page for details), this is so we do not have a bunch of loose members around 4. Any form of the admin rank may not change anything in a user`s profile, except their rank, without their permission 5. There is no limit on post length, cause no one likes feeling chained to the computer trying to reach the limit.. but please at least, no one liners 6. There isn`t a limit on characters per accont, just please keep them all active 7. Please use variety when making a character, not always hating, depressing or sad 8. No, under any circumstances, use spam; spam = silly, pathetic, annoying messages 9. No powerplaying or godmoding 10. ALL graphics made here are copyright to their owners, and please do not use them anywhere but on this site unless given permission. 11. All graphic makers are entilted to their own rules for their graphics, and must be followed by anyone who requests from them.
Equines 1. Can claim terras, only stallions, no mares, unless the lead dies, then she must find a new stallion within a week 2. Mares do not have to go with the stallion that comes to claim her 3. Stallions may have the option of killing foals born into herds, but must have the permission from the mare 4. May not own more then one terra per person on the site * 5. Colts become stallions at 3; mares at 2 6. Anyone besides the lead may challenge another player of higher rank for their rank 7. Mares are weaker than stallions, and so may not always win 8. Mares may abandon their foals 9. Foals may not under ANY circumstances breed 10. Foals may not fight among other herd members 11. Fillys can leave or stay in herd; colts must leave at 3
Broodmares 1. May only be bred once a season 2. May sometimes have twins 3. Cannot run anywhere after birth 4. Can fight the stallion if he is trying to kill the foal 5. Can live alone if stallion abandons after she is bred 6. Can abandon their foal 7. Are "retired" at the age of 20; cannot be bred past this age 8. There are only three broodmares per herd*

Claiming Terra/Females Terra - 1. Only one terra per male, per account * 2. Can be fought over 3. A male must wait three days before given the land 4. If you go inactive for more than four weeks, your herd lands are marked unclaimed and you CAN'T get them back 5. Must wait for me, Kandy, to give them to you * 6. Males must be at least 3 to claim land 7. You must have at least 15 posts to own a land 8. Lead stallion may only decline one challenge per two that come
Females - 1. Only one female every other day * 2. Females can be forced to join a herd 3. Please update your terra land topic every time you claim someone or someone dies/leaves
Fighting 1. Will be graded by an admin 2. Will only be played for a week 3. Only 2 hit and 1 defense per post 4. No graphic.. like blood/guts flying anywhere or anything. don`t need members being grossed out 5. Try to keep it as realistic as possible 6. New members with under 25 posts can not challenge a lead for his herd. 7. No one can challenge anybody who has not had his herd for at least a month.
Breeding/Foaling 1. I will allow slightly graphic, but if you must do so, please put '(G)' in your topic name 2. You can force breed. 3. Males can breed with as many females as he likes 4. Please if you are not force breeding, let your characters get to know each other 5. Please do not make breeding more than ten posts, if it is more I will have to ban you for a week 6. Once you have bred you must wait till the spring of the next year (on the site) to give birth. 7. Again, I will allow graphic birthing, but please put '(G)' in your topic name 8. Post your character status in a post in a Birthing board and then an admin will come and post what color it is and gender. 9. Females must be two to breed or give birth 10. Males must be three to breed. 11. If you want twins, message me and then I will think about it. 12. If two people want twins...I will...ask a question about the the species. The one who answers the question correctly wins. (this goes for hoofed mammals) 13. Please await the right season to breed or give birth, breed or give birth off season and the foal is stillborn (highlight the page for the password)
Elemental Abilites
(These will be strict, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)
1. All are dormant, unless I say so 2. You can find a list of what the elements are here 3. Ya get ONE per character and one ONLY; no exceptions (not even me) 4. Please try not to grab all the more powerful sounding ones, use variety and such; it's kinda dull having all these horses who can manipulate time, case illusions, control other people's mind so they act like mindless drones, make it rain all the time; ect. 5. When your power does become active (or when you character becomes aware of your power, and that will be when the plot actually starts and such); do not go overboard with the power. No one can automatically be awesome with their power, and master it within seconds. Having your power is highly draining of your life energy, especially with the 'higher' powers. 6. Everyone starts as a beginner, no exceptions; you can get better at your power over time, usually if you practice with it and such; (there is a training board in the ooc stuff for that sort of thing) 6. And that's pretty much it ^^ As I said, these are strict, so as to enforce fairness, considering the power levels are rather biased in what they enable a wielder to do, and whatnot
Staff Positions

1. Co-Admin (2); helps with ALL admin duties; mainly what a mod does, only Co-Admin's can judge fighting, give permission if someone wants to kill someone else's character, can post new foal stats.. all that good stuff 2. Moderator (3); helps with upkeep of the site, such as bio accepting, HTML coding, skin designing, rule modifying; all that stuff 3. Police (help (4); helps remind members to abide by the rules when they step out of line 4. (that's it for now; check the FAQ/Help >> FAQ for the form)
Activity
- If you are inactive for one month, without notice, you will be warned; do it again and you will be suspended; a third time, and I will delete your account. This doesn't mean you're banned, you are welcome to rejoin, but please, please remain active xD
Side Notes
1. Odd colors on horses is frowned upon, so try to keep it realistic. 2. You can have strange eye colors though...like purple or pink...I don't care, just keep the strange colors to the eyes. 3. New people should not be tormented, but insted helped. Newbs are new people who may not understand what is going on. insted of ignoring them and letting them stay a newb, help them become better. 4. Respect those that are of higher rank than you. Now, you don't always have to as this will spice up the rp, but still, don't make all of your characters head strong defiant horses that go around disobeying every order and doing things their way. This kind of gets old. 5. Try not to use chatspeak phrases and such. For example:
Wrong: i lyk 2 sp33k lyk d1s
Right: I like to speak like this.
6. Please use good spelling, vocabulary, english and all that stuff. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it helps with understanding stuff 7. You character may have human emotions and talking. 8. But, rememebr, you are playing a horse here. Don`t have your horse suddendly pulling another closer to it, or reach out and grab something (small things with teeth ok, but no bigger things). 9. Rememebr to respect those around you, and rememebr how old you are supposed to act. If your a colt that is picking a fight with a 4 or 5 year old, it may not be such a good idea.
NOTE: Please do not powerplay or anything. You may ONLY use it while forcing...but I must have confirmation from both horses (the one being forced/dying and the one forcing/killing)

Whelps that is pretty much it. If none of the things answers your questions then just pm me and ask. I (that is Raider) have read over 100 books on wild, feral, other equine animals and tame horses. So I should be able to answer it. If not then go read a book. Just kidding, no seriously just please, feel free to just randomly ask me anything.
